The teams will be mixted gender and will be run with up to 4 riders per teams with the first 3 riders to register the team time

Please submit Teams and riders allocated to teams by latest, morning Thursday, 12th November
All other riders we will be allocated to a team.
The start list will be posted by lunchtime Friday 13th November

All times are approximate.
Parking is available at the course.
Upon arrival at the circuit, riders must visit the registration to check their names off and receive their number. Riders must register at least 40 minutes before the start of their race. Riders who do not register will be ineligible to win. The registration tent will open at 8.15 AM.
Criterium style events are conducted on closed roads with a course length being 3km. Riders will generally race for a selected amount of time + 2 at the end.
