Procedure for Entry Confirmation
1. Please ensure that entries for the proceeding day are submitted to the Secretariat by 6pm each day. This will ensure that we can have start lists completed and online prior to the evening session concluding.
2. Changes for team composition where you have substitute riders are to be confirmed 1 hour prior to the session starting. These need to be submitted via a Rider Change Notification Form, signed and time stamped.
